How to change the permissions on your cache folder

Once you have uploaded the files to your ftp server. Browse to the web services folder on your ftp site where you will see the following folder and files:

cache
.htaccess
shop.php
template.html
WebService_DatafeedService.php

1. Right click on the cache folder and select the Properties option (Figure 1-1)

2. Make sure all the read/write/execute boxes are checked and click on the ok button(Figure 1-2)
