Moosejaw does not authorize any affiliate to use "discounting terms" including, but not limited to: sale, cheap, discount, outlet, % off, deal, low price, savings, discontinued, closeout, markdown, for less, best price to promote The North Face products. Affiliates may BID on promotional North Face keywords, but the search advertising headlines and ad copy cannot contain promotional ad copy and The North Face trademark.
